sigh. so i was oh so elated earlier today -- my work got accepted into APAture! And it turns out that they picked my favorite two pieces. so i guess all my compaints about the fraudulent nature of ahhhrt are on hold for now. but i am having a lotta fun dreaming up ideas for my zine table. there will definitely be a cheap art bin, stickers, and if i get cracking, a second edition to my zine. wondering if dirty words written in korean on body parts will fly with the event folks.

rebound

so Mama is officially my rebound dog (still missing sweet crickety-lola-lalo-una-shiva). she was well-behaved on our overnight last night, and had a great time on a dog walk in glen canyon with kehoe.

somehow, my earlier elation eludes me. mebbe if i write a haiku for jill using only words that begin with "e" i'll cheer up. not sure what it is, perhaps the impending full moon, but i am just heartbroken of late.
