hoping despite despair
From today's paper:
"(05-08) 11:49 PST -- A San Francisco judge this morning ruled that the city's Care Not Cash initiative passed by voters last fall is invalid because the state has delegated exclusive authority in this matter to the board of supervisors."
it's still too early to exhale, but it's still a wonderful thing.
