love punch

weeeeelll...let's just say i overindulged and celebrated my last novice race (and arguably the most scenic race we do) with a little (or a lot) too much love punch. luckily for me, my knight in shiny armor came to save me...it wasn't pretty, but it was a hellova way to end my novice outrigger season. next year, it's open for me, which means twice the work, less than half the medals. oh well, it was fun while it lasted...

and surprisingly, i was well enough recovered to go for a gorgeous hike the very next day (thus the happy dog, complete with lolling tongue).
